What is the Job Center? We are a light industrial staffing company that is dedicated to changing lives! We connect you with companies that are ready to hire. What does it cost me?

As a potential associate, it costs you nothing. We develop a contract with the companies we work with, allowing us to provide a service that is free of charge to you.

What are the center hours?

The Job Center hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with some centers closed from 12 pm to 1 pm for lunch, as well as some centers having Saturday hours. Check the local Google listing or Facebook page for each center for the most updated hours.

You can fill out an application at any of our Job Center locations or on our website! If you apply online, you will be contacted by a recruiter to schedule a time for you to come into our center to complete the application process. Shipping Team Lead

The Job Center Staffing is hiring for a Shipping Team Lead position on 1st shift in the Erlanger, KY area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement!

Compensation/Shift/Benefits of the Shipping Team Lead

$20/Hour
7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
Unlimited $150 Referral Bonus

Responsibilities of the Shipping Team Lead

Operate a stand up and sit down forklift safely and efficiently
Also needs to be willing to lead the team and complete physical work along with the team to ensure production flow
Help package and ship finished product for customers
Must be able to enforce policies and procedures

Requirements of the Shipping Team Lead

Sporadic lifting up to 75 lbs.
Must be able to stand and turn for long periods of time
Must feel comfortable with measurement and power tools
