Responsibilities of Landscaping Technician:
- Manage assigned daily routes.
- Proper operation of landscaping equipment
- Perform weekly lawn mowing and maintenance in assigned areas.
- Clean areas using rakes, brooms, and blowers.
- Minor repairs to landscaping equipment.
- Communicate within crews to maintained efficient operation.
Requirements for Landscaping Technician:
- Excellent Communication skills (both oral and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills (tact/diplomacy, friendly, positive attitude)
- Strong customer relations skills (build rapport and confidence)
- Professional demeanor
- Awareness of landscaping equipment
- Awareness of statutory regulations
- Excellent organizational skills (follow up and follow through)
- Flexible work schedule: i.e., work 45-50 hours per week, some evenings and weekends required.
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver’s license
