As a potential associate, it costs you nothing. We develop a contract with the companies we work with, allowing us to provide a service that is free of charge to you.

What are the center hours?

The Job Center hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with some centers closed from 12 pm to 1 pm for lunch, as well as some centers having Saturday hours. Check the local Google listing or Facebook page for each center for the most updated hours.

You can fill out an application at any of our Job Center locations or on our website! If you apply online, you will be contacted by a recruiter to schedule a time for you to come into our center to complete the application process. We are hiring for Steel Laborer

The Job Center Staffing is hiring for 1st shift for Steel Laborers in the Cincinnati area. This is a great opportunity for Temp to Hire.

Compensation/Shift/Benefits for Steel Laborer

Hourly wage: $16
Shift: Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm
Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year

Responsibilities of Steel Laborer

Operate cold metal press equipment to form U-bolts according to specifications
Load drums of steel coils into production machines safely and efficiently
Run machinery that bends, shapes, and cuts steel materials
Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper performance and quality
Inspect finished U-bolts for accuracy, consistency, and defects
Perform basic machine adjustments and report any mechanical issues
Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety procedures

Requirements for Steel Laborer

Experience with machine operation (Brake press, Punch Press, Hydraulic press)
Ability to read a tape measure
Good work ethic as attendance and job performance are important
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Previous manufacturing experience on a resume
