The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates on 1st shift for a General Laborer (Floater) in the Batavia Ohio area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement.
Compensation/Shift/Benefits of a General Laborer (Floater)
- $16/hr
- 1st shift 6:30am – 3pm Mon-Fri
- Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
- Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
Responsibilities of (POSITION TITLE)
- Assist with material processing and equipment operations as assigned.
- Maintain acceptable quality of produced parts per standard work instructions and product/process tolerances.
- Segregate, mark, and identify nonconforming parts/materials.
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
Requirements of (POSITION TITLE)
- Ability to read and comprehend work instructions, shop orders, etc.
- Ability to use, read, and comprehend measuring and testing equipment such as scales and thickness gauges to check product specifications
- Must be able to stand for the duration of your shift
