We are hiring for Steel Laborer
The Job Center Staffing is hiring for 2nd shift for Steel Laborers in the Cincinnati area. This is a great opportunity for Temp to Hire. 
Compensation/Shift/Benefits for Steel Laborer
  • Hourly wage: $17
  • Shift: Monday- Friday 3:30pm-12am 
  • Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO 
  • Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
Responsibilities of Steel Laborer
-Working with Cold pressed metals to produce U bolts
-Loading coils into machines
-Loading steel into a machine that cut and shapes 
Requirements for Steel Laborer
  • REQUIRES MACHINE OPERATING EXPERIENCE  (Brake press, Punch Press, Hydraulic press)
  • Must have reliable transportation 
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Good work ethic as attendance and job performance are important
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Previous manufacturing experience on a resume
