The Job Center Staffing is hiring for 3rd shift for Extrusion Operator in West Chester. This is a great opportunity for Temp to Hire.
Compensation/Shift/Benefits for Extrusion Operator
- Hourly wage: $22
- Shift: Monday- Friday 12pm-8pm
- Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
Responsibilities of Extrusion Operator
- Must be able to operate machinery and forklift in compliance with safety standards.
- Monitors machine speed and performs quality checks on finished wire
- Reads computer run schedules and logs production/downtime in the OHM system
- Maintains housekeeping and safe work practices in assigned work area
Requirements for Extrusion Operator
- Experience with machine setup and operation in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow production schedules and quality standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as pulling, bending, and reaching
- Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and teamwork skills
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
