The Job Center Staffing is hiring for 3rd Shift Machine Operator – Jacket Line in West Chester. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates interested in working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing insulated wire and cable products.
Compensation/Shift/Benefits for Machine Operator – Jacket Line
- Hourly wage: $21/hour
- Shift: 3rd Shift
- Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
- Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
Responsibilities of Machine Operator – Jacket Line
- Set up and operate jacket line machinery used to apply insulation to wire and cable
- Monitor machines to ensure proper operation and product quality
- Load materials and assist with machine setup for production runs
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required specifications
- Record production output and log downtime in the system
- Remove completed reels and prepare them for the next stage of production
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures
Requirements for Machine Operator – Jacket Line
- Previous machine operating experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Good attendance and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer and communication skills
