Customer Service Specialist 

Brief Description 
The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates on 1st shift for Customer Service Specialist in the (Mason,OH) area.  This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement.

Compensation/Shift/Benefits of Customer Service Specialist 
  • $20 per hour
  • Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
  • Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO 
  • Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
Responsibilities of Customer Service Specialist 
  • Takes incoming and makes outgoing calls to provide customers with product selection support. 
  • Provide assistance to walk-in customers.
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned by management.
  • Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
  • Verifies orders are designated properly and all information is correct prior to submission to order entry 
Requirements of Customer Service Specialist

  • Must have High School Diploma and GED
  • 1to 3 years of Call Center or Customer Service Experience 
  • Strong Excel and Outlook Skills
  • Strong Math Skills
