What is the Job Center? We are a light industrial staffing company that is dedicated to changing lives! We connect you with companies that are ready to hire. As a potential associate, it costs you nothing. We develop a contract with the companies we work with, allowing us to provide a service that is free of charge to you.

What are the center hours?

The Job Center hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with some centers closed from 12 pm to 1 pm for lunch, as well as some centers having Saturday hours. Check the local Google listing or Facebook page for each center for the most updated hours.

You can fill out an application at any of our Job Center locations or on our website! If you apply online, you will be contacted by a recruiter to schedule a time for you to come into our center to complete the application process. Order Picker
The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates for Order Pickers on 2nd shift in the Hebron, KY area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement!
Compensation/Shift/Benefits of the Order Picker
• $21.18/Hour
• 2nd 2p-10:30p Monday – Friday
• Overtime could be mandated, depending on business needs
• Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
• Eligibility for the Work and Win program
• Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
• Unlimited $150 Referral Bonus
Responsibilities of the Order Picker
• Moving warehouse material and picking customer orders via walkie rider
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
Requirements of the Order Picker
• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be comfortable learning to operate other equipment as needed.
• Comfortable getting dirty
