We are hiring for End Cap Operator
The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates on 2nd shift for End Cap Operator in the Fairfield Area.  This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement.
Compensation/Shift/Benefits for End Cap Operator
  • Hourly wage: $18.50 per hour
  • Shift: Monday-Friday 4pm-12:30am 
  • Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO 
 
Responsibilities for End Cap Operator 
  • Start Machines, monitor operations, record data
  • Operate machines used to produce end caps 
  • Produce dual wall end caps for wiring, tubing, and or cabling 
  • Run multiple machines
 
Requirements for End Cap Operator
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week
  • Ability to work overtime as needed 
  • Ability to stand for sustained periods of time
  • 1 year of manufacturing experience
