As a potential associate, it costs you nothing. We develop a contract with the companies we work with, allowing us to provide a service that is free of charge to you.

What are the center hours?

The Job Center hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with some centers closed from 12 pm to 1 pm for lunch, as well as some centers having Saturday hours. Check the local Google listing or Facebook page for each center for the most updated hours.

You can fill out an application at any of our Job Center locations or on our website! If you apply online, you will be contacted by a recruiter to schedule a time for you to come into our center to complete the application process. The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates for Team Leads on 3rd shift in the Erlanger, KY area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement!

Compensation/Shift/Benefits of the Team Lead

$19/Hour
11pm-7am SU-TH
Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
Unlimited $150 Referral Bonus

Responsibilities of the Team Lead

Working with team up to 10 to ensure they are meeting requirements
Provide Inspection guidance, training and auditing along with maintaining customer relationships.
Adapt to a fast-paced environment

Requirements of the Team Lead

Strong communication
Lead experience
Knowledge of inspection techniques
Experience in manufacturing environment
