The Job Center Staffing is hiring Production Operators on 1st shift in the Greendale, IN area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement!
Compensation/Shift/Benefits of Operator
• $24.00 / Per Hour
• 3rd shift: Su-Th 11p-7:30a
• Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
• Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year.
• Unlimited $150 Referral Bonus
Responsibilities of Operator
• Runs and oversees automated production line
• Meet all quality and regulatory requirements.
• Runs and coordinates daily operation of Mogul equipment according to company guidelines and quality standards.
• Must have aptitude for machine operation
• Communicate any issues to Supervisor
• Most products are under 40 lbs.
Requirements of Operator
• Must have resume with related experience
• Must be able to stand for 8 or 12 hours shift.
• Must be able to work any Overtime needed.
• Must read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Must be willing to follow GMP processes.
• Most products under 25 lbs., lifting could be consistent at this weight.
