The Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated professional Machine Operator to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will contribute to the manufacturing and assembly of our industrial products, supporting the overall production process. Your attention to detail and willingness to take on a variety of tasks will be crucial to the success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist with assembly, packaging, and shipping of manufactured goods
-Operate machinery and equipment according to established safety protocols
-Perform general cleaning, maintenance and organization of the production area
-Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure efficient workflow
-Adhere to all quality control standards and procedures
Qualifications:
-Ability to perform physical labor and stand for extended periods
-Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with tools and equipment
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
-Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-orientated environment
-Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred.
Working Conditions:
This positive involves working on a shift schedule within our production facility. The work environment may include exposure to noise, vibration and potential safety hazards, so the ability to follow safety protocols is essential.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $19 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package to support our team members.
