The Job Center Staffing is hiring for 1st Shift Material Handler/Forklift in West Chester. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates with sit-down forklift experience looking to join a fast-paced warehouse team.
Compensation/Shift/Benefits for Material Handler/Forklift
- Hourly wage: $20/hour
- Shift: 1st Shift

Responsibilities of Material Handler/Forklift
- Pull and stage customer orders accurately based on pick tickets
- Load and unload materials using a sit-down forklift
- Verify orders for accuracy before shipment
- Move materials to designated staging or shipping areas
- Maintain organization of inventory and staging areas
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Requirements for Material Handler/Forklift
- Sit-down forklift experience required
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail when checking orders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attendance and reliability
- Ability to work well with a team
- Basic communication skills
