Production Technician

📍 Elizabethtown, KY
💲 $16.00 per hour to start
⬆️ Up to $21.63 per hour upon conversion (depending on shift)
🕐 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift Available

The Job Center is hiring Production Technicians for a growing facility in Elizabethtown, KY. This is a strong temp-to-perm opportunity with a significant pay increase upon permanent hire.

💰 Pay & Benefits

  • $16.00 per hour starting pay

  • Increase up to $21.63 per hour upon conversion (shift differential applies)

🔧 Job Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery and equipment

  • Monitor product quality and production output

  • Load and unload materials as needed

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Follow all safety and company procedures

  • Work 40+ hours per week

  • Stand for extended periods during shift

✅ Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred

  • Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift

  • Strong attendance and reliability

  • Good attention to detail

  • Ability to stand for duration of shift

🕐 Schedule

  • 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available

  • Full-time with potential overtime
