The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates for a Supervisor position in the Florence, KY area. This is a great opportunity for a direct hire placement!
Benefits for Supervisor
- $65,000-$73,000 yearly (depending on experience)
- Temp to hire
- Unlimited referral bonus ($150 per referred)
Requirements for Supervisor
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or two to three years manufacturing related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years manufacturing or certificate from tech school.
- CNC experience, and/or a mechanical background.
- Computer knowledge of Microsoft Suit and previous exposure to plant operating systems.
- Training in 5's, Lockout & Tag Out training, Basic Plant Safety, and General Machine Operations.
- Based on competence and need, training or knowledge in Hazardous Waste, ISO 14001, Awareness, ISO 14001 Internal Auditing, ISO 14001 & beyond, ISO 14001 Top Management, Haz Waste/Operator Program Training, Haz Waste Manifest and Core Program Training,
- Must be familiar with Quality, Materials, Environmental, and Safety Policies
- Must know and understand the production side of work instructions and equipment.
