Position Summary:
We are hiring six Tech B-level Electronic Technicians to join our team in Coatesville, PA. This is a great opportunity for individuals with ~2 years of hands-on troubleshooting experience and solid electronic knowledge, including through-hole and surface-mount soldering skills.
This is an onsite position with hands-on training, a dedicated workspace, and high potential for Temp-to-Hire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic assemblies and devices.
- Replace components using through-hole and surface-mount soldering.
- Interpret schematics, diagrams, and English-language work instructions.
- Maintain a clean, ESD-safe workstation.
- Meet daily production and quality goals.
Required Qualifications:
- ~2 years of electronics troubleshooting and repair experience.
- Solid understanding of electronic components and basic circuitry.
- Skilled in through-hole and surface-mount soldering.
- Ability to follow English-written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity.
Interview & Assessment Process:
- Onsite, in-person interview required
- Includes facility tour and meetings with team members and supervisors.
- A hands-on soldering assessment may be required if soldering experience is not clearly reflected on the resume.
Training Overview:
- 5-day hands-on training led by two experienced technicians.
- Each new hire will have a dedicated workbench (6 benches ready).
- Training includes side-by-side support and detailed work instructions.
Production Expectations:
- After training: Complete 10–15 units/day.
- After ramp-up period: Increase to 20–25 units/day.
Assignment Duration & Growth Opportunity:
