Job Title: Technician B
 Location: Coatesville, PA
 Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
 Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (8 hours/day with a 30-minute unpaid meal break)
 Openings: 6 Positions

Position Summary:
We are hiring six Tech B-level Electronic Technicians to join our team in Coatesville, PA. This is a great opportunity for individuals with ~2 years of hands-on troubleshooting experience and solid electronic knowledge, including through-hole and surface-mount soldering skills.
This is an onsite position with hands-on training, a dedicated workspace, and high potential for Temp-to-Hire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair electronic assemblies and devices.
  • Replace components using through-hole and surface-mount soldering.
  • Interpret schematics, diagrams, and English-language work instructions.
  • Maintain a clean, ESD-safe workstation.
  • Meet daily production and quality goals.
Required Qualifications:
  • ~2 years of electronics troubleshooting and repair experience.
  • Solid understanding of electronic components and basic circuitry.
  • Skilled in through-hole and surface-mount soldering.
  • Ability to follow English-written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity.
Interview & Assessment Process:
  • Onsite, in-person interview required
    • Includes facility tour and meetings with team members and supervisors.
  • A hands-on soldering assessment may be required if soldering experience is not clearly reflected on the resume.
Training Overview:
  • 5-day hands-on training led by two experienced technicians.
  • Each new hire will have a dedicated workbench (6 benches ready).
  • Training includes side-by-side support and detailed work instructions.
Production Expectations:
  • After training: Complete 10–15 units/day.
  • After ramp-up period: Increase to 20–25 units/day.
Assignment Duration & Growth Opportunity:
  • Supports a 2-year customer contract – steady work expected.
